Food in Shenzhen - Cantoneeeese


That's just some stuff that we eat here usually. Dark green veggies are always a nice addition to get some more vitamins. These are cooked with some fat pork meat together, as traditionally (or let's say in former times) Cantonese restaurants used pork fat instead of oil to fry vegetables. Of course, nowadays using animal oil isn't popular anymore. because it is considered to be a bit unhealthy.
The chick peas are dried and salted - it is just a snack (it was for free).
One of the most tasty things is this tofu that contains some meat. It is usually served hot and still boiling inside the bowl. 
Lastly we have some fried fish cakes. Tasty, but a little too over-processed for me.
